Pneumatic conveyors use distinct styles of blowers or suction compressors to generate the overpressure / underpressure required to transport a material. Typically, the material is fed into the conveyor line via a closed feeder. The combination of the material being conveyed and air is driven and/or pulled via the conveyor pipes to a receiving tank, wherein the switch air is separated from the material by the usage of a clear out or cyclone.
